I sincerely hope that what is currently classified as Heavy Duty diesels will be changed to include those diesel pickup trucks that are currently putting out black smoke when they accelerate. Many of these 3/4 ton pickups trucks have been modified in order to carry heavy loads and now are operating in an over rich state and putting out excessive particulate matter.

Instead of a weight classification of 4500 kgs as is currently set for Emission testing, it should be reset to 3700 kgs.

If we really want to clean up the environment, we need to go after the polluting vehicles.
