I agree with repealing the Green Energy Act. Wind power is out-of-sync with demand in this province forcing the spilling of water at the hydro dams.
OPG's Q3 2017 report had this to say, "Power that is surplus to the Ontario market is managed by the IESO, mainly through generation reductions at hydroelectric stations, other grid-connected renewable resources and nuclear stations. Reducing hydroelectric production is the first measure used by the IESO to manage SBG conditions.
