I support this change as an automotive enthusiast and amateur collector. People like me enjoy older vehicles and keep their vehicles in good running order, and I can proudly say that I have never had a failed emission test. I have found the mandatory emission testing to quite burdensome over the years, especially when I could not renew my plate stickers in winter as my vehicles were in storage, and could not get tested until spring.
