Dear Sir or Madam. I am writing in regards to the newER# 012-2835 Policy. I have been a fisherman for more than sixty-five years. I cannot understand why this change, in policy to not let us trap our own bait for fishing.This is going to be an unnecessary hardship on low income families, just wanting to teach their children the fun and outdoorsmanship of fishing. It is going to add to the expense for families who are probably low income to begin with. This has been a tradition for years for these families, and for everyone else concerned. It will also increase the cost of bait fish as well, with the restricting of supply. Please reconsider this policy change!
