The road dust and other fugitive emissions makes the west end a dirty stinky area and i grew up in Bayview. It's never stunk so much as now.
The particulates, and gases/dust in the air explains why there is so much cancer in this city.
Essar goes bankrupt to avoid Ministry deadlines on environmental abatement programs, and the new owners buy it only if they're not tied to any governmental decisions on said deadlines. Our own gov't has blood on their hands.
