There seems to be opportunities for massive exceedences of cacinogens Bezene and Benzo(a)pyrene over the already generous provincial standards during the 4 year transition period and throughout the applicant's entire site and uncontrollably extending into the community far beyond the applicant's site, which, in my opinion as a resident of Sault Ste. Marie, requires a detailed plan which will be employed to bring Emissions of those aforementioned substances continuously within provincial standards at every point immediately outside the applicant's site now, and forevermore. What they do within their walls is their business because presumably their employees and visitors will be made aware of the carcinogenic dangers of working or visiting their site.
