I am in support of this resolution, as the low-density industrial / automotive-focused land use is a prime target for densification and has relatively easy access to transit nodes such as VMC and the GO Park-and-ride. Nearby lands are also being upzoned as part of the long-term vision for densifying Vaughan Centre.
