I'm concerned about allowing access to the aquifer by bottled water sellers. The long term implications of allowing these permits is at best not known and the risk of doing permanent damage is too great to allow access without complete confidence that no long-term harm is being done. There is no down side to extending the moratorium for the environment and it is the reasonable way to proceed given what is known at this time.
