Yes, I would like to see the moratorium extended for many reasons. I have been fighting for years to protect a very sensitive watershed in PEC from gravel extraction. In PEC we have very few areas with clean abundant ground water. We need to protect what we do have with strong regulations. Also, we should be making a bigger effort to stop bottled water altogether!
