Anyone who cares seriously…

Anyone who cares seriously about our environment and the climate change crisis we are facing, would be aware that if the White Pines windfarm near our Milford home were to be completed and commissioned, all the carbon inputs for the entire project,( building of the turbine parts, shipping to the site, construction materials and assembly ) would be offset by the clean energy generation within approximately the first year of the 20 year term. If dismantling is allowed to occur, then all of this will have been squandered and more carbon inputs will be entering our atmosphere during that deconstruction period, adding to the greenhouse effect. Destroying one of the cleanest ,lowest cost and most environmentally benign forms of electrical generation available to us in this century is unimaginable and we urge you to take all measures possible to prevent this from occurring.
