The City of Ottawa supports the proposal in the Environmental Registry of Ontario (ERO 019-9310) which would remove the six-storey heigh limit to allow a taller building, such as an existing office tower, to be converted to mixed-use with residential on upper floors and commercial at grade without the need to have a Record of Site Condition filed in the Record of Site Condition registry first.
