Environmental studies conducted prior to trail/ facility construction.
Limited removal and disturbance of vegetation taken into consideration with trail construction and use near private lands.
Privacy being taken into consideration with removal of vegetation adjacent to private lands for trails/ parking/ facility construction.
Consideration in limiting/ eliminating the use of public transit to trail heads near privately owned lands. Or relocating away from private landowners. Privacy and noise taken into consideration.
