Is the goal here to cause more events such as walkerton or grassy narrows?

This is a short-sighted endeavour designed to force through poorly planned infrastructure. There is a proper way of doing this, but it seems as though the proper method would reduce the number of envelopes full of money that Doug receives.

It will hasten the destruction of what makes ontario a beautiful place to live. This seems to be Doug's only goal. I guess if his cottage is safe from the destruction, then the rest of us peasants can go eat turds.
