We are in an environmental crisis. We are losing biodiversity at an alarming rate. Once a species is gone we cannot bring it back. The lose of an organism from any ecosystem is going to have huge impacts that we cannot entirely predict. As a province we should be increasing protection for endangered species not cutting it. This is a reckless and stupid proposal.
