I’m deeply concerned about the proposed Species Conservation Act. Endangered species and their habitats deserve strong protections based on science, not shortcuts for faster development. If we weaken these protections, we risk losing species forever. Ontario should be a leader in conservation. Please keep science-based decision-making and full environmental assessments in place. Nature doesn’t get a second chance.
