Environments and ecosystems are more complex than we could ever imagine. As a third year in a biology major I know how much is unknown. In order to fully assess every possible impact we can, efforts need to be long and costly. Negative impacts from bad assessments are detrimental to not just the environment but the economy. Preventative measures will save Ontario residents millions of dollars on post impact recovery. Keep assessments heavy and long. We can wait for infrastructure, as relationships of species took many thousands of years to create and we owe them our time. Thanks for your consideration
