This proposal is a disgrace.
The endangered species act was not designed to impede development, it exists to protect the land, the environment and the species who support OUR HEALTH by protecting water supplies, the air we breath and the land we need for sustainable agriculture.
If this was 1850 and the government wanted to give industrialists who will exploit cheap labour, make substandard products, and build cookie cutter houses to sell fast before they get out of dodge and the junkie houses fall apart, I’d understand. I guess.
It’s 2025. The world is hurling into an environmental crisis. We should be protecting our country for future generations, not handing it over to cronies and bulldozers.
Get a grip.
Abandon this proposal.
