Governments should not be able to strong arm and override the choices of educated professionals in the field of science. These are people who dedicated themselves to understanding the endangered species they are working to protect, and to have a government come in and counter these choices with less oversight and less experience is something I cannot stand idly by and let happen. This is a poor use of government time and a thinly veiled attempt to put profits of the future of Ontario's wildlife. I understand that business must thrive, homes must be built, and economy must grow, but this cannot come at the cost of Ontario's natural beauty.
