I strongly disagree with the proposals laid out in Bill 5 which remove the process for consultation with the public and with Indigenous people. This Bill removes species protections and gives power to developers without the requirement for accountability and no recourse for Ontarians. This is undemocratic and seems very much like what is happening to the South of Canada.
