The Ontario Government should not be seeking any special exemptions to circumvent established, long-standing laws regarding how projects are completed and approved in this province. Seeking to remove the requirements for public notice and comment, on a project that has already been plagued with improper decisions and a level of secrecy and dishonesty, is another indicator the current government is continuing to do things improperly, or wants to do things improperly in the future without accountability and scrutiny.
