Omnibus Bill 5 - Species impacts must be withdrawn. These legislative changes are unacceptable.
The bill prioritizes development over environmental and species habitat needs, including a proposal to change and then repeal the Endangered Species Act 2007.
The loss of species habitat will cause harm to our environment resulting in irreversible harm to a healthy environment that benefits all of us and future generations to come.
