I am registering my strong disapproval of the proposed amendments to the Ontario Endangered Species Act. I believe our environment should be protected and under the proposed changes species that are already at risk will disappear. These changes give the government far too much carte blanche power. And all of this for the sake of putting money in the pockets of developers. Birds play a vital role in our ecosystem and are part of the food chain. Where go the birds - we go too.
