You should be ashamed of yourselves for even considering these changes. Lining the pockets of developers instead of focusing on protecting our endangered species, our environment and the very eco system we depend on to survive.
I’m glad it takes a long time to get a permit to develop areas where endangered or at risk species might reside. Just because a monarch doesn’t land there in the winter doesn’t mean it isn’t a migratory resting place in the summer. The short sightedness of this proposal is painful to read.
