I am completely against these changes to the Endangered Species Act. This act specifically exists to prevent the unfettered dealings of business that can cause long-term damage to the environment, which is terrible not just for other life but for humans as well. Allowing endless pursuit of profit by corporations has caused damage that literally led to legislation by the Endangered Species Act in the first place, as well as countless other acts for labour protection. As it is often said, legislation is written in blood, often by allowing for-profit industries to go buck-wild for the endless pursuit of profit. There's more to life than just infinitely enriching a small handful of corporate executives and their companies' shareholders and trying to ensure nothing gets in their way--in fact, that seems like a highly sociopathic way to govern.
