The protection of endangered species in Ontario is crucial - the numbers of species who have lost habitat and therefore succumbed to lack or resources is staggering.
Nature plays a role in our communities by providing opportunities for healthy outdoor activities. This translates to a real benefit to residents of this great province.
Too many species have been crowded out by development and affected by pollution. It is time NOW to preserve what precious life there is to the best of our abilities.
Please do not pass this flawed Bill. Please work on your policies so that we maintain habitat to protect them, or we risk losing yet more species. Our ecosystem depends on birds, insects, reptiles, amphibians and mammals to co-exist together.
Removing protections of any of the above creates an imbalanced eco-system.
