The Endangered species act is very important for the protection of species in Ontario. The new proposed bill looks to tear apart conservation at its core. These changes would no longer be protecting endangered species but fast tracking money into billionaires pockets. If this bill were to be enacted and tear apart the endangered species act Ontario could see the loss of hundreds of species that play vital roles in our successful ecosystems that bring in many environmental tourists every year to witness the beauty and nature that is Ontario.
