Changes. The last thing we needin this case is changes. In most cases change can be helpful, useful and even necessary. However when it comes to legislation designed to protect endangered species/environment, unless the changes being made are to make things MORE protected, there shouldn't be any changes made. Economists and developers have to get way more creative because the environment has had the shit end of the deal since the beginning of the industrial revolution. The solution is not to roll back measures that protect things, the solution lies in changing our relationship to the need for constant growth, and by that I mean leaving it behind forever.
