ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Protecting the land we share with wildlife must come first. Registration process does not protect vulnerable wildlife.
It's similar to asking for forgiveness instead of permission.
Do not allow this change, or we will be at risk of becoming like other countries with poor air, water and land quality.
