I oppose this bill in its entirety.

We are at a crossroads with climate change and habitat loss for wild animals, trees and plants.

This bill is irresponsible and reprehensible.

Migratory birds need our help more than ever, with some of their numbers having dropped by up to 70%(!!) since the 70’s. to remove them entirely from environmental protection is shameful.

We need leaders to stand up for the planet, not ones who want to destroy it for profit.

These laws and protections were put in place for a reason and to remove them when they are needed the most makes no sense.

We need to continue to work with the environment, we need to work towards protecting the wildlife we share this planet with.

This bill gets it wrong on every level.
