The revision to this act just looks like the advantage goes to the developers.
I understand reducing red tape and simplifying but it cannot always be at the expense of nature.
Where are the benefits to the endangered species? Once it's gone it's gone.
Habitats are more then just breeding ground area. Space to live is required.
I disagree with this bill and would like it pulled to be revised with more thought and consideration.
I feel that Mr. Ford has already done more then enough for the developers. And needs to look more at long term impacts.
