This bill does not seem to have enough input from wildlife and biological scientists and certainly won’t protect our habitats and ecosystems. The proposed bill will allow the Premier to override existing protections for animals and habitats anytime he feels necessary, or more likely, anytime he can make a profit. I’m not comfortable with this going through as is and expect many constituents to agree.
