I am deeply concerned that this piece of legislation will cause extensive and irreparable harm to Ontario's endangered species and their habitats. As the stewards of this province, we have a duty to protect those species who are at risk (usually of our own making). This legislation suggests that asking for forgiveness, not permission, is "good enough." I disagree.
