There is no justification to be exempt from public comment and public posting of development plans on these public lands.

I strongly oppose the way this bill proposes to reduce and eliminate environmental protections and public consultation. Any development on the great lakes should be taken under very careful consideration and have a high degree of public involvement, not less.
