This proposal is an excuse to let the government do whatever they want without any opposition, environmental responsibility and accountability. Do not allow this proposal to pass!

This will cut the environmental assessment, no consultation, no transparency and without regard for the environmental consequences or the community and the people who live here.
This backtracking sends a clear message that political convenience matters more than public trust or environmental responsibility. This isn’t just a local issue. It’s a test of whether our provincial government will stand by its word.
That is why I urge you to reverse this decision, and to uphold the commitment to a full, transparent environmental assessment.

Our communities deserves that respect.
