Breaking down the ESAct is ridiculous and totally irresponsible. We can not abide by destroying the ESA. There are a million other ways to improve housing, transit etc. Try helping the LRT or rebuilding on wasted land. Vertical, sustainable housing. Leave the rest of the protected land and the ESA alone. In this day and age when we are fighting to be self-sustaining, we need to protect our resources.
