Upon reading the proposal, I find it to be insidious. Deeming the government knowledgeable enough to add or remove endangered species at will, defunding and dismantling the provincial governing force that regulates activities impacting endangered species, and basically reabsorbing the funds into the government is non-sensical. It is also telling of what this government values: gaining capital (money) over protecting the environment and wildlife that resides on/within it. Additionally, removing the recovery program for endangered species while allowing registration prior to assessment and acceptance of actions is horrendous, sneaky, and downright disrespectful, in many aspects. From a third party view, it really looks like your proposal is to, eventually, be able to tear down and industrialize everything you possibly can. It reminds me of the Green Belt *issue*, to put it lightly. Regardless, this proposal is wreckless and harmful.
