Infrastructure is important. Plans take time. Not spending the time to make a plan is a plan to fail.
High quality steel, concrete and expert workmanship will ensure building for the future. This is planning to succeed.
Conversely, low quality materials and labour is planning to fail.
I urge the Ontario government to properly build for the future. Please withdraw Bill 5 in its entirety. Work with experts. Work with leaders. Work with the public to strengthen — not dismantle — our systems of environmental protection. This is planning to succeed.
Please plan to succeed. The cost of repairing poor workmanship costs more.
Spend to succeed, because you will spend much more when you fail.
