I appeal to the members of the Provincial Parliament to act in the best interests of all creatures, both endangered and human, and withdraw Bill 5 in its entirety. We need natural places and the many species that inhabit them!
There have been too many examples lately of the current Doug Ford government running roughshod over environmental concerns! Unnecessary highways instead of improved public transport, ridiculous ideas about a tunnel under the 401 instead of buying back the 407, and wrecking both the Ontario Science Centre and Ontario Place instead of restoring them to safe and needed public use — are some of these examples…
