Climate change already has, and will continue, to have devastating effects on wildlife worldwide. To remove/replace bill 5 in order to fulfill capitalistic greed is atrocious and not representative of the values and ideals of the people of Ontario. To ignore the needs of wildlife is to ignore the needs of your people. We need diversity in wildlife as it will have irreversible effects on everything; agricultural practices, food, controlling the population of other species, etc. What will happen is a chain effect of the eventual downgrade of a robust ecological system. There’s a reason why these species are endangered, we must keep protecting them.
