Bills that scrap protections for our wild life should never be entertained. We all need our environment to be healthy and balanced for us all to survive. We should be focusing on how we can better integrate with the natural world around us, not bulldoze over it.
Also, there is no point in having all of these housing developments if most people will not reasonably be able to afford them, and there are no protections/stipulations in place that guarantee these new homes will not be purchased by landlords and rental companies.
Any housing that is developed should prioritize affordability, accessibility and quality to ensure they can withstand the test of time.
