I disagree with this bill…

I disagree with this bill. It paves the way for cooperations and the government to prioritize buildings over the planet - adds layers of complexity between what the Govt deems endangered or Cossack and doesn’t provide clear safeguards for ensuring govt doesn’t change their lists to enable construction or harming of those under the ESA to prioritize funding. While there should be clear, easy to follow legislation - the process to get these projects from planning to fruition need optimization without compromising the integrity of our protection of endangered species
