I strongly oppose Bill 5 and the dismantling of environmental protections in Ontario!!! Framing species-at-risk assessments and ecological regulations as “blockades” is manipulative and dangerous. These safeguards exist for a reason: to protect biodiversity, uphold Indigenous rights, and prevent irreversible harm to ecosystems that sustain all life.
This bill prioritizes short-term industrial gain over long-term environmental stability. I oppose any effort to weaken endangered species protections, fast-track development without public oversight, or override laws in special economic zones. Ontario needs strong, science-based conservation, not shortcuts for profit.
Please reject Bill 5 and protect the natural heritage that belongs to all of us!! Not just corporations.
