I absolutely oppose Bill 5 and I'm so frustrated that this is even being proposed. We need MORE protection for endangered species, not fewer. Instead, this is stripping away what little protections already in place while simultaneously implementing shortcuts for developers to rip into some of the most beautiful and biodiverse land in the province. Disgusting that the government would try to disguise this proposal as an improvement to existing protections and a boost to the economy.
It's just another grab at the greenbelt! Shame on you!!!
