I oppose this bill as it is setting a dangerous precedent, allowing the government to easily open up loop holes to ignore laws and regulations placed to protect Ontario citizens and the environment. We need stronger protections for endangered species and stronger environmental protections, not a bill that will allow certain parties to blatantly ignore standing regulations in the name of profits. This will not help the people of Ontario but it will further endanger our future generations.
