Bill 5 is a poorly disguised way to get rid of the endangered species act. This bill, if passed, will make it easier for developers to completely destroy vital animal habitats and collapse ecosystems.
Ontario has incredible biodiversity in flora and fauna, which is essential to keep things like forests and nitrogen sinks alive - things are essential for the oxygen and carbon cycles that helps keep out air clean and our lungs functioning.
Do NOT approve this bill. The only thing this bill will do is leave a legacy of destroying what precious natural environment we have left in Ontario.
