This act although worded heavily to look as though it’s protecting endangered species etc, removes processes to ensure government and builders proceed ethically and protect them. But enacting this bill the government and developers don’t have to follow up and follow through the protections, which means areas that have been protected are “still protected” but “unnecessary duplicates” and having to make accommodations and reconciliations for damage don’t have to happen.
It’s a big no to this bill
