This bill seems like it’s giving more leniency to contractors and businesses to ruin actual habitats, due to defining their “habitat” as only their dwelling. Any 6th grade student knows that most animals have a large territory or area of which they hunt, forage, and live their lives. This bill seems to want to benefit only corporations seeking to profit off the endangered animals and plants.
Boo, we are supposed to be setting an example!
