I am opposed to Bill 5. I was shocked and appalled by the callous actions of the Doug Ford government when they razed Ontario place and destroyed the habitats of hundreds of documented species. The heinous action of clear cutting over 850 trees and bulldozing the land of the West Island unbalanced the adjacent neighbourhoods as wild creatures especially coyotes looked for new homes and hunting grounds. Environmental protection measures are in place for the well-being of all, wild life and human occupants of our province. This government doesn't appreciate the checks and balances of current legislation that is clear, so I urge you to learn about the balance of nature. Humans need nature in order to exist and thrive. It is incumbent upon us to protect nature from ourselves. We can do development properly.
