I categorically oppose the changes outlined in Bill 5, and any government actions that will reduce environmental protection. Described “slowness” ensures due process, protecting our environment from indiscriminate development and pollution. The Bill does not provide confidence and guarantees that the “registration” will be as effective and held to the same standard as current process
