I oppose Bill 5. I want stronger protections for endangered species and their natural habitats. I oppose shortcuts for industry with no public oversight. I oppose overriding the law in special economic zones. The environment and our native species must be protected if we want Ontario to remain a lush and fertile province. The Endangered Species Act, 2007 must remain unchanged and the Species Conservation Act, 2025 is inadequate and unacceptable.
